Case study 11
Thirty entrepreneurs went from zero to $6,000 a month in six weeks. Together they've done $5 million.
This one is different from everything else on this page. It's not a client engagement, it's a coaching program Alex has run for a while, helping entrepreneurs launch a digital product, coaching, agency-style services, an AI-built micro-SaaS, or dropshipping, and get it making money. The belief behind it: the people who stand out going forward won't be known for a single skill. They'll be known for how fast they can turn an idea into revenue and pick up whatever's working next. That's the shift Alex made himself, from marketing expert to what he calls a solo capitalist, and it's the thinking behind the program, formerly run under the name Jet Growth.
Before
A skill and some capital to invest, generally around $10,000, but no market-ready offer
No positioning, no packaged offer, no pricing, no content plan
A full-time job, or for many of the younger participants, no job history at all
No structured support turning an idea into something sellable
After
A positioning built where personality, existing skill, and market need overlap
A packaged, priced offer built with the help of in-house AI agents acting as a dedicated CMO for 6 weeks
A first paying client landed inside the 6-week bootcamp
Average revenue around $6,000 a month by the end of it, roughly doubling every 3 months after
Three circles, one positioning
The starting point for every participant is the same: who they are and what they believe, the skill they already have, since everyone starts with one, and what the market actually needs. Positioning gets built where those three overlap, which makes the resulting offer far easier to sell than one built around a skill alone.
An AI CMO for six weeks
Once the positioning is set, the offer, its packaging, pricing, and content all get built out with AI agents developed in-house at the agency, effectively giving each participant a dedicated CMO for the full 6 weeks of the bootcamp.
$10,000 to start, not a career overhaul
Participants generally come in with some capital to invest, around $10,000, rather than years of runway or a big team. The bootcamp is built around getting that first client fast, inside 6 weeks, not around a slow, expensive ramp-up.
Fewer hours, not more hustle
Compared to what participants were doing before, the program cut their working time by about three times. The current recommendation is two to three hours a day on the business, not more, which leaves real time for family while the business keeps growing.
Nobody in this cohort got known for one skill. They got known for how fast they could turn an idea into money and pick up whatever worked next.
Several left their jobs entirely. For some of the younger participants, this was the first income they'd ever generated on their own.
The trade-off
Not a failure. A ceiling I chose not to push past.
The cohort format of Jet Growth eventually stopped, not because it failed, but because participants started progressing faster than a 6-week group program could keep up with. What they needed next was much deeper, ongoing support, and giving that to them properly would have meant building an entire coaching business with a team of business coaches behind it. That wasn't the goal, and it would have taken far more time than running the actual work. Jet Growth still exists on request, just not as a standing cohort. What replaced it is Private Seat, where direction gets set on a 30-minute call instead.
This describes Alex's own coaching program, not a client engagement, so it isn't covered by an NDA. The dates and numbers are real.
